These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legal agreement between you (“you,” “User,” “Employer,” “Job Seeker,” or “Customer”) and Edunova Innovation Lab Private Limited.
1.2. Purpose of Agreement
These Terms govern your access to and use of Parikshak.ai’s services, including but not limited to:

Analytics for Employers
Multilingual AI Interviews
Collection of Interview Data (video, audio, screenshots, and other metadata)
Additional HR Technology Features
By accessing or using Parikshak.ai Screener, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Acceptance of Terms:

By visiting, registering for, or using the Platform, you explicitly agree to comply with these Terms and any additional guidelines or policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy.

Service Use

5.3 User Generated Content
Any content you submit or contribute (e.g., interview questions, candidate profiles, comments) must comply with all applicable laws and must not infringe upon third-party rights.Immediately notify Parikshak.ai of any unauthorized access or other security breaches.
You grant Parikshak.ai a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your User-Generated Content for the purpose of providing and improving our services.
Billing
6.1 Payment Terms
Parikshak.ai may offer subscription services or usage-based fees. Payment terms, renewal periods, and pricing details are provided at the point of purchase or on our website.
All payments are non-refundable once processed unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement.
6.2 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, you will retain access only until the end of the current billing cycle, and no refunds will be provided for partial use of the subscription period.
6.3 Payment Disputes
If you believe there has been an error in billing, please contact our support team as soon as possible to resolve the issue.
Data Ownership & Usage
7.1 Ownership of Interview Data
Parikshak.ai owns the data collected during the interview process (including video recordings, audio recordings, screenshots, and interview responses), while respecting user privacy and complying with data protection laws.
7.2 Purpose of Data Collection
Collected data is used to:
Provide, maintain, and improve our services.
Test, train, and enhance our AI models.
Conduct internal research and product development.
Generate aggregated insights for analytics, ensuring individual privacy is respected.
7.3 Privacy and Compliance
Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we handle personal data in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
By using the Platform, you acknowledge that your data may be processed in the manner described therein.
Account Suspension and Termination
8.1 Termination by Parikshak.ai
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:
Violate these Terms or any applicable law.
Fail to pay any fees due for paid services.
Engage in any activity harmful to Parikshak.ai or other users.
8.2 Termination by User
You may request termination of your account at any time by emailing connect@parikshak.ai. After processing your request, we will remove or disable access to your account. No refunds will be provided for any remaining subscription term.
8.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination or suspension, your access to certain or all services may be immediately revoked.
We may retain certain data if required for regulatory compliance, dispute resolution, or legitimate business interests as permitted by law.
Liability and Disclaimers
9.1 Platform Downtime
We strive to maintain the Platform’s availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from platform downtime, technical issues, or errors in AI screening.
9.2 Accuracy of AI Results
Parikshak.ai assist both employers (B2B users) and job seekers (B2C users) in screening candidates and evaluating interview performance. However, we do not guarantee 100% accuracy in any findings or recommendations produced by our AI. Parikshak.ai is not responsible for any employment outcomes or decisions made based on the AI’s outputs.
9.3 Third-Party Use
Once data is shared according to these Terms, Parikshak.ai is not responsible for any misuse of data by employers or third parties. Employers and job seekers alike should ensure compliance with applicable laws when handling and sharing data.
Exclusion of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Parikshak.ai provides its services on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Parikshak.ai, Edunova Innovation Lab Private Limited, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Services or any violation of these Terms.
Governing Law and Despute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. Any disputes arising out of or related to the use of Parikshak.ai will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad.
